Ken is an incredible realtor to work with. We met Ken during our search for a new rental, and from the very beginning, he was generous with his time, thoughtful in his guidance, and incredibly responsive. He spent many hours with us both in person and over the phone, showed up to multiple visits of the unit from the first viewing through final inspections, and was always prompt over text and phone throughout the process. I have crossed paths with many people in real estate, but Ken truly goes above and beyond. Having been in the LA real estate business for so long, he really knows the market and the numbers. He is honest, thoughtful, and great at matching people with the right homes without ever being overly pushy or overly positive when it is not called for. Ken is also especially great if you are looking for a home with unique character, like a Spanish Revival or other architecturally distinctive property. He really knows his stuff, appreciates the details of a good build, and understands what makes a home feel special beyond just the basics. Ken is also a real expert when it comes to closing deals. There was a unit we fell in love with, but because of the competition for the space, it became unclear whether we would get it. Ken was diligent about tracking the process and identifying the right moment for us to submit our application. He knew how to work professionally with all parties involved, present us in the best light, and help ensure we landed the place. Without Ken, I do not think we would have been able to get this dream home. Working with him felt like having a true partner and expert on our side. I could not recommend Ken more highly. He is truly the best.

We literally just got the keys to our new home and I am more than happy to fully recommend Ken as a realtor. We are first time home buyers and he made this process easy every step of the way, always making sure we knew what was happening and what was coming up. He provided as many recommendations as he could for our upcoming needs -- movers, handymen, etc. He also has extensive background regarding mortgages and helped us find a lender who was the perfect fit. The LA housing market is crazy and we were so glad to have Ken on our side. He's also delightful to work with, which is an added bonus. While we are sure to be happy in our new place for many years to come, we would absolutely use Ken again.

Ken really raised the bar for what a real estate agent can do to make buying or selling as pain free as possible. Very savvy, proactive and possesses great knowledge and attention to detail. I would absolutely recommend him
